A Year of Shared Progress – Powering Connected, Data-Driven and AI-Ready Care with DC2Vue

Reflecting on 2025

At DCE, 2025 has been a year of momentum, innovation, and deep partnership. As we reflect on this journey, one message stands above all: thank you to our clients, partners, and the entire DCE team who continue to bring the DC2Vue vision to life.

DC2Vue was built with a clear purpose: to make care coordination safer, smarter, and more connected across the healthcare ecosystem.

This year, that purpose translated into real impact as organisations used DC2Vue to connect care across hospitals, community services, aged care, disability supports, and virtual care models. We have seen teams bring together information, people, and workflows around the person receiving care, reducing fragmentation and enabling more proactive, coordinated support.

Key Highlights of 2025

Launch of DC2Vue V5

A major milestone this year was the launch of DC2Vue V5. This new release delivers:

  • A more intuitive user experience
  • Expanded interoperability
  • Enhanced care coordination workflows
  • Stronger analytics capabilities

V5 sets the platform for the next stage of our journey, supporting large-scale virtual care, Support at Home (SAH) models, and AI-enabled insights on a robust, scalable foundation.

Investing in Virtual Care

We expanded DC2Vue’s capabilities to support virtual and hybrid models of care, enabling remote monitoring, telehealth workflows, and digital-first engagement. This has helped our clients extend care beyond traditional walls and provide more flexible, person-centred services.

Empowering Multidisciplinary Care Provider Organisations

We are actively working with multidisciplinary care providers as they design and operationalise models of care, including Support at Home (SAH). DC2Vue is helping services successfully transition into SAH by providing end-to-end digital workflows for:

  • Referrals
  • Assessments
  • Care planning
  • Service delivery
  • Follow-up; all with integrated billing, claiming, and reporting.

Our goal is simple: to give providers a stable, scalable digital foundation so they can focus on delivering safe, coordinated care at home.

Strengthening Trust Through Certifications

As a digital health platform handling sensitive clinical and operational data, trust is non-negotiable. This year we achieved key certifications and independent validations that recognise our commitment to security, privacy, quality, and compliance. These achievements are not endpoints; they are foundations we will continue to build on.

Laying the Data Foundations for AI Readiness

The future of healthcare will be shaped by AI, but its strength depends on the quality of the data behind it. DC2Vue is helping organisations become AI-ready by establishing robust data foundations with structured, high-quality, interoperable information across care coordination, billing, claiming, and reporting. This ensures that when our clients adopt AI-powered tools and insights, they can do so with confidence, knowing the underlying data is accurate, timely, and trustworthy.

Looking Ahead to 2026

Our commitment is clear:

  • Deepen DC2Vue’s role in care coordination and virtual care
Continue refining workflows for multidisciplinary teams, virtual models, and Support at Home (SAH), so providers can deliver safe, coordinated care across settings.

  • Build on DC2Vue V5 as the foundation for a true digital health platform
Evolve from “digitised records” to a connected platform that supports longitudinal care across hospitals, community, aged care, disability, and virtual services.

  • Strengthen our three layers of healthcare intelligence
    • System of Record: Enhance structured, interoperable records and ensure they are FHIR-ready and standards-based.
    • System of Engagement: Expand multi-stakeholder engagement – clinicians, care coordinators, consumers, and partners contributing to a single, shared care story.
    • System of Insight: Embed advanced analytics and AI to deliver practical, in-workflow insights at the point of care and operations.

  • Operationalise AI for real-world healthcare use cases
Use AI and predictive models for staffing optimisation, demand and acuity forecasting, early risk identification, revenue cycle bottleneck detection, and intelligent extraction of quality metrics from unstructured notes.

  • Lead on interoperability, open standards, and data liquidity
Deepen support for FHIR and open APIs so DC2Vue can follow the patient across facilities and systems, reduce data silos, and enable safer, faster information sharing between providers and with public health.

With Gratitude

To our clients: thank you for trusting DC2Vue to support your care journeys and your digital transformation.
To our partners and the DCE team: thank you for your dedication, your expertise, and your belief in what we are building together!
