The DC2Vue SAH Assistance Project was established to create a purpose‑built module that directly addresses the unique challenges and requirements of the Support at Home (SAH) Program.
To achieve this, the team mapped all essential clinical, financial, and reporting workflows, developed a beta version for pilot testing, and refined the solution through iterative user feedback.
The result was the successful launch of the DC2Vue Support at Home Module, with four Aged Care providers onboarded well ahead of the 1st November 2025 transition date, demonstrating early adoption and strong sector confidence.
